Hodgehole Dingle
A hollowed out tree stands next to the path leading up to Pedmore Lane; somebody has at some point lit a fire in it which is perhaps unsurprising given the proximity to a large housing estate. The woodland itself is ancient and, according to an information board, broken pottery of Romano-British origin has been found here as well as flint artefacts from the Mesolithic, Neolithic and Bronze ages.
