Former Guest Hospital by Tipton Road near Dudley
(From Wikipedia): The buildings were originally constructed as almshouses in 1849 by the Earl of Dudley to accommodate workers who had become blind in the limestone pits. In 1871 they were taken over by local chainmaker Joseph Guest, who converted the building to a hospital.
By 2018 it was converted to luxury apartments and renamed "Bourne Hall". An Outpatients Centre still operates from newer buildings behind it.

A strong link with the past, Dudley
The link with past has now been severed. The bridge advert is for Hanson's Mild Ale, first brewed in Dudley in the late 19th century. The ale was then brewed at the Park Brewery in Wolverhampton after the closure of Hanson's brewery in 1991. Marston's, the owner of Park Brewery, ceased brewing Hanson's Mild Ale in 2007. The same advert appears on the other side of the bridge, which carries disused railway lines over Birmingham New Road.
