Memorial Tower, Dudley
Located near the corner of Priory Street and St James's Road, part of a group of civic buildings that include the town hall, coroner's court, former sessions court and the Brooke Robinson Museum.
The tower contains clock faces set in diamond-shaped surrounds with a triangular hood at the top.
