This local pub is in a building probably built in the 1860's or 1870's. The large plaque at the top of the building says "The Chester Tavern Fine Ales".

The Chester Tavern, 211 Chester Road North
This local pub is on the busy Chester Road North which is also the A449. It has a pool table and a garden at the rear. Currently the property is for sale, although it is still in business as a pub under temporary management. It is to be hoped the new owners will keep it as a pub as Kidderminster has lost so many in the last few years. Image
