Commemoration plaque, Sherborne & Dorsetshire Bank
Established circa 1750, merged with the National Provincial Bank of England in 1843 (which became part of NatWest in 1970). The building is known as The Bank House and is currently home to Battens Solicitors.

Sherborne: postbox № DT9 70, Long Street
This Elizabeth II-reign postbox stands on a slightly skew-whiff pole and is emptied finally at 4pm on weekdays and at noon on Saturdays. The lady in the red coat is walking along Long Street towards the town centre, while to the left is an unnamed access road to the Culverhayes car park.

Built in 1803 the former Congregational chapel is set back off the road and situated behind the Old School Rooms. It has now been converted into an auctioneer's premises.
