Harbour House, at the bottom of Cobb Road, Lyme Regis
There is plenty of footfall here from visitors to the famous Cobb. It must benefit these two shops, Lyme Regis Ice Cream Parlour and Deli-Weli food store, as well as the fish and chip shop round the corner (recommended). There are two holiday apartments above the shops.
