Eype: red telephone box
The phone box stands at the end of a row of cottages at almost the very top of the village. Ahead, the narrow lane meanders around some fairly sharp bends, meeting the sea in about half a mile.

Eype: postbox № DT6 32 and noticeboard
A noticeboard of Symondsbury parish council (in which parish Eype falls) accompanies this George VI-reign postbox by one of several sharp turns in the road down to the coast. The postbox is emptied at 11:30 on weekday mornings and 1½ hours earlier on Saturdays.
