Milborne St. Andrew: public phone in Milton Road Close
I hesitate to call this a telephone box because it is not a 'box' as such. I don't think there can be many of this design still in existence, particularly in rural areas.
It has the word 'Coins' in 1990s British Telecom typeface but it clearly no longer accepts them as the coin-box has been removed.
