A stylish pump
A rather decorous village pump now stands at the north end of the Stalbridge village green. The pump itself is a 'No. 15 Enriched Gothic Pump Case' made by S. Owens & Co., of London. The company produced several of these types and there are many still located around the country. The pump was once sited at the Pump House at the top of Station Road, but is now here.

Village green seat
Stalbridge has a little green, complete with a public seat and a flagstaff. As it is close to the coronation of Charles III, the Union flag flies proudly. The seat is, appropriately, a gift to mark the coronation of George VI in 1937. Set into the ground in front of it is a mosaic with the year on it.

North pump
Stalbridge village green has two old pumps, this one being the northern. It was removed from its original position further down the road and is probably no longer working.
