King Edward Road, Balby
A typical terrace built in the late Victorian or Edwardian era.
At first sight the houses appear identical but they're not quite. They were built in pairs with each pair potentially slightly differing from the basic standard pattern. Note the stone lintels.

King Edward Road, Balby
The One Stop shop was originally built for The Doncaster Mutual Co-Operative and Mutual Society.
The stone above the door is weather worn and hard to read but commemorates the opening and lists the committee and important officials.
