Cottagers Plot
Cottagers Plot is a narrow lane lined by small cottages (most in terraces). The area seems to have developed as a settlement for farm labourers which each had a cottage and a small piece of land. Now the area is typical urban fringe with the land given over to horses and all the paraphernalia of suburban paranoia - high locked gates and CCTV cameras.
