St Helen's Churchyard - Bees on a gravestone
The bees that live in the stonework of the church swarmed, but they didn't get very far. They covered this gravestone and sadly declined over a period of about a week.

St Helen's Church with Bees
The bees have had a colony inside the stonework of St Helen's for many years. We have tried to persuade them to go elsewhere, but they seem to like us. They sometimes come into the church for weddings, much to our consternation!
