Redrow Development - Van Elle "Smartfoot" Foundations
This is the first example I've seen of the use of what I now know are "Smartfoot" concrete pre-cast modular foundations on a building site. I presume this is a trial of the technique as all the other buildings on this development seem to have conventional footings.
