Wesleyan Chapel, Barden
At the east end of the village. The datestone over the porch reads '1877 Wesleyan Chapel'. The nearer end is a later extension, possibly from the 1960s. It currently has one service a week, and a membership of ten. The village has a population of 49.

Lane through Barden
Barden is a sleepy little hamlet on a sunny south facing hillside overlooking lower Wensleydale. Few people pass this way unless they need to or are just curious.
