The Station Hotel, Northallerton
The pub appears to have reverted to its original name, having been called at one time the Railway Hotel. It was rebuilt in 1902 although there had been a hotel called the Horse and Jockey on the site from 1810, i.e. prior to the coming of the railways, serving the local racecourse. Listed Grade 2 (list entry 1244728) for its art nouveau decoration.

Sign for the Station Hotel, Northallerton
The sign depicts a generic steam train at a station with curved platforms, i.e. not Northallerton (possibly York was used as a model). See Image for context.

Showing the intricate terracotta decoration. Also the old North Eastern Railway coat of arms. As far as I can make out this includes the shields of various constituent railway companies that merged to form the NER.
