House at Oaktree Farm
Ordnance Survey records indicate that a flush bracket benchmark levelled at 99.684m above Newlyn Datum was verified in 1959 on a roadside building on the south wing of Oaktree Farm. The building now here appears to be a rebuild.

The Northallerton to Kirby Sigston road
Country road to the east of Northallerton. The road is quite narrow in places but carries a fair amount of traffic seeking an escape from Northallerton's traffic jams and an alternative way to the A19 dual carriageway.
