Terraced cottages, Piercebridge
This pretty terrace of cottages beside the B6275 are more reminiscent of the West Country than North Yorkshire. The pink house is dated 1764 and is named Bridge House.

Archway by the bridge at Piercebridge.
The footpath which passes the remains of the Roman fort ducks under this archway to emerge onto the road at the northern end of the bridge over the River Tees.
