Village street, Eryholme
Hardly a street at all, more of a country lane passing by a scattering of houses standing well back from the road. A sleepy spot on a warm afternoon.

Eryholme, School House
According to the OS benchmark database there is a benchmark cut into the south-east facing wall of the converted school. Looking from the roadside nothing was seen.

Church of St Mary the Virgin
A neat little church standing on its own hill above the village. The OS map shows church with tower, but it is so short that it hardly reaches above the nave roof. Most of what appears to be interesting is inside, but on this occasion the door was locked. This is essentially a 13th century building which was restored around 1890. Grade 2* listed.
