Broom Mill, Dean Bank, Ferryhill
This mill house (or possibly High Hill Farm just beyond) houses the Broom Mill Day Spa http://www.broommilldayspa.co.uk/ . The Farm earned the nickname Cuttythroat Farm in the 17th century when a crazed servant murdered three children in her care.
