Bishop Auckland Cricket ground
The tall poles support netting which presumably defends property from long, high hits - the distant, brick-built building must be reckoned to be out of range. That is Boundary Court, a block of almost 50 flats variously described as being retirement homes, an assisted living facility and social housing.
