Number 22 Market Place was built in the 18th century. Constructed of ashlar under a Welsh slate roof. The shopfront is modern. Listed, grade II, with details at: https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1261028

Richmond Market Place
A classic and much photographed view looking down on the market place from the castle in this North Yorkshire country town. The obelisk was built in 1771, replacing an earlier market cross, to mark the location of the town's water supply.
