View of Healeyfield Farm
From the lane of the same name. This indicates there has been a settlement here since early times, and indeed it's mentioned in the Boldon Book of 1183. The present farmstead however is 19th century.

Old byre at Healeyfield
Looks to be a 19th century cattle byre. There are some nice surviving old buildings at this farm, in fairly original condition. Only the roof of this is a later alteration, and possibly the large gable doorway.
