Hall Cottage, Consett
This house is at the north end of The Grove, a suburb on the west side of Consett. The name refers to Consett Hall, a large C19 house which once occupied the site.

Bus turning at Selby Lodge, The Grove
The No 16 service from Consett to Castleside, serves The Grove estate en route. It runs through the estate to the north end and then turns around here and goes back to the main A692 road to continue its journey.

This is at the north side of the Grove, at the junction of Consett Lane with Priestman Avenue. The roundabout is used by the local buses which turn around here.

This is on reclaimed land north of The Grove, Consett. Formerly part of the steelworks. Flowers include Common Vetch and Meadow Buttercup.
