River Cree from the Wood of Cree viewpoint
The old, narrow road from Newton Stewart to South Galloway Forest and Trool Village runs along the nearside river bank, and beyond lies the main road from Newton Stewart to Girvan. Nearby is the car park for visitors to the Wood of Cree and the adjacent otter pool.
