Moniaive Main Street
This attractive village whose name comes from the Gaelic Monadh-abh meaning Hill of Streams is quite remote but full of character. This view is along the Main Street past the Mercat Cross, The Clock Tower in the distance belongs not to a Church or Town Hall but to a House known as The Tower House built in the Victorian Era.

The Tower house looks to be a municipal building or town hall. It is in fact a private villa. It was built in the late 1800s.
