High Street, Langholm
The building with the clock tower, at the end of the street, is the town hall. To its right, the road is very narrow so traffic has to be prepared to give way to vehicles coming from the opposite direction.

Kirk Wynd, Langholm
A side road leading up from the High Street, and start of the walk up Whita Hill. The bunting is up from the Common Riding event in the last week of July.

Evangelical Union Chapel, Langholm
Lanceted box style chapel dating from 1870, recently used as a store it is now disused and awaiting rescue.

Old Parish Church & Burial Ground, Langholm
The old parish church dates from 1703, it was rebuilt 1747 and 1779, then closed in 1846 when the present parish church opened. Its decaying remains stand within the disused burial ground above the old town.

Langholm Library
The library was built 1875-8 in smart Jacobean style, back-to-back with the Town Hall. Now the reference library, the lending library being in George Street.
