The Globe Inn
As pubs go, this hostelry off the High Street in Dumfries and established in 1610 is no a bad place to visit as they say, especially considering that Rabbie Burns had a few jars here in his time and it's one of the oldest pubs in Scotland. A great place to visit and take stock, plus they do a cracking lunch as well, mind your head and duck or grouse.
