Annan Shawhill railway station (site), Dumfries & Galloway
Opened in 1869 by the Solway Junction Railway, later art of the Caledonian Railway, on the line from Kirtlebridge in Scotland to Brayton in England via a long viaduct over the Solway Firth. The station closed to passengers in 1931 and completely in 1955.
View south towards the site of the viaduct, and Bowness on Solway (Cumbria).

Shawhill Station, Annan
Former Shawhill Station (Annan) built 1869 and now a private house. The station served the former Kirtlebridge-Kirkbride railway which closed to passengers 1931, freight 1955. Trackbed now carries wastewater pipe from Chapelcross.
