The Old Black Horse, Mapperley
July 1st 2007 is the first day of the ban on smoking in public places in England. The Old Black Horse is complying with the new legal requirement to display a no smoking sign by its front entrance.

A white house at the cross roads
The house is so bright I presume it must have recently been repainted. The cross roads is the near centre of the village of Mapperley.
