Old Milepost by the B587, Ashby Road, Breedon on the Hill Parish
Cast iron post by the B587 (was A453), in parish of BREEDON ON THE HILL (NORTH WEST LEICESTERSHIRE District), Ashby Road, just South of village green, near The Crescent, on wide regularly cut grass between road and footpath and below bank up to the Crescent, on East side of road. Wootton iron casting, erected by the Tamworth to Harrington Bridge turnpike trust in the 19th century.
