Church of St Michael, Breaston
View from the north west. The tower and spire are late 13th century, the porch an early 20th century addition. The now blocked west door dates from the early 18th century, probably replacing the former south door. Listed Grade I.

Church of St Michael, Breaston
Blocked south doorway; 13th century with nail-head decoration. The voussoirs of the arch are described in the listing description as representing the signs of the zodiac, but they are now extremely eroded. The previous existence of a porch is clearly visible. It seems likely that the doorway was blocked up when the west door under the tower was constructed in the 18th century. Listed Grade I.
