The White House
Formerly a pub with a cock pit. I can't find any reference to its former name on-line but the name "Ammasonfield" is attached to the area on 19th-century ordnance survey maps. "The Ammason" is nearby.

A country house
In this area there are many single houses quite separate from each other. Others are found in short rows and then there are the tiny villages. All in all this is a very pleasant place to live as it is close to the facilities of the city of Derby and so you get the best of both worlds.
