The Lych Gates
Entrance to the cemetery at Crosshill, St James Church on the A6007 road.
The Lych Gates were unveiled on 18th September 1921 and the carved text on the gable reads, 'I am the resurrection and the life'.

St James Church
This church on the A6007 road at Crosshill Codnor was built in Gothic design in 1844 and was built from public subscriptions and grants for £2,000. It consisted of a nave, chancel, a west tower, a bell and seating for 400 people.
