New homes for people who do not own banks
The positive project by Strata Homes to provide affordable housing has stalled due to the credit crunch caused by banks. Result is the destruction through arson by other anti-social elements of the hope of decent people for another decent place to live in Sinfin. The unfinished houses are on Goodsmoor Road which serves as a link between the area where affluent people of Derby live and their work and shopping places in the less affluent but more productive areas of Derby.
