Pride Parkway (A6) - Derby
Audi garage on the left. Gas holders and Pride Park stadium behind the photographer. I took this purely because it was in a square I hadn't photographed and just required me to cross the road to bag it.

Gas boosters - Derby
Alongside two disused spiral guided gas holders is this open fronted building containing three Roots type gas boosters. The driving motors are in the flameproof building on the other side of the rear wall. The boosters are in an open fronted building to reduce the risk of explosion. I was quite surprised to see such interesting items of plant clearly visible from a public area. I suspect the gas holders and this building may not be around for much longer.
