A Block Mackworth College
The former A Block at Mackworth FE College. When the college merged with Wilmorton College to become Derby College this site (one of two) of Mackworth College was not needed and sold for housing which now occupies the site.

This part of the college is now a housing estate. The college was sold off for housing following the merger with Wilmorton and a new city centre site built to replace it.

On the footpath to Mackworth
This view looks towards Mackworth rather than back to Mickleover. After the frost of cold of the previous ten days it is pleasant to walk in the warm with a blue sky.
