Fine five-bay Georgian house, dated 1734 in the listing. The broad rusticated entrance is C19th, but works rather well. Grade II listed.

Derby - Cathedral
The Cathedral of All Saints (a.k.a. Derby Cathedral) is seen here from a car park on the other side of Amen Alley. Apart from the tower, it was rebuilt in this classical style in 1725 and further enlarged in 1972. The cathedral contains the oldest ring of ten bells in the United Kingdom, with the 15th century tenor being older than the tower itself. In late 2005 it was discovered that a pair of Peregrine falcons had taken up residence on the Cathedral Tower and a project partnership involving Derby Cathedral, Derbyshire Wildlife Trust, Derby City Council and the Derby Cathedral Quarter now exists.
