Ghost sign, St Peter's Churchyard, Derby
Ghostly only in the sense that Thurman and Malin, a department store, disappeared in 1970. The sign itself is still bold even if tucked away high up.

18-22 St Peter's Churchyard, Derby
A jolly late Victorian essay in brick and terracotta, though not that jolly as befitting its original function, as a county court. There is carved detail at the top (Image]). By Arthur Eaton, 1897. Grade II listed. Now converted to offices.

St Peter's Street, Derby
This Grade II-listed building, dating from 1912, is situated at No. 45, St Peter’s Street with East Street running down another side of it (i.e. ahead). Three 3 niches at first floor level, with semi-circular canopies, contain statues of local celebrities including Florence Nightingale.

St.Peter's Church
The Church of St. Peter on St. Peter's Church Yard. Underneath this street, it is said that there are many people buried from the time of the plague. There were so many dead that they were buried upright to make space for more bodies.
