Dated c1720. Each of the windows has a shouldered architrave. Grade II listed.

7-15 Wardwick, Derby
Nos. 7-9 has a grand ashlar facade, Victorian Classical, and was, I think, the County Club. Next door is a Georgian pub, the Wardwick Tavern, dated c1740. Grade II* listed.
