St Peter's House, Gower Street, Derby
The city has few large post-war office blocks, and nothing of any height (remarkably, at the time of writing, the cathedral is still its tallest building). This might be the largest - T-shaped, a perpendicular range behind, faced in concrete, brick and glass.
Among other things, it housed a job centre.
