Kirriemuir - High Street
Gabled buildings stand by the corner of Bank and High Streets in downtown Kirriemuir. The statue of "Peter Pan" is a replacement made by the original artist, Alistair Smart, and erected in the High Street in 1994. www.visitangus.com/explore-towns-villages-and-glens/kirriemuir

The Wee Red Toon - Peter Pan
Kirriemuir with its red sandstone buildings is known as "The Wee Red Toon". Kirriemuir is also well known as the birthplace of Sir JM Barrie, creator of "Peter Pan" - this replacement statue was made by the original artist, Alistair Smart, and erected in the High Street in 1994. www.visitangus.com/explore-towns-villages-and-glens/kirriemuir
