Balmerino Parish Church
There was a church near the spot for centuries, before the Reformation, known as St. Ayle's Chapel. In 1811, a new church was built on the present spot in the hamlet of Bottomcraig. Further refurbishment and remodelling in 1823 provided the building we see today.
