The Caird Hall
Prior to the demolition of the main tower of Tayside House, a lower connecting building was demolished allowing a full view of the rear of the premises. The demolition of Tayside House is part of the regeneration plan for the centre of Dundee.

Caird Hall, City Square
Dundee's premier municipal building, built between 1914 and 1923 with money donated by the jute manufacturer and philanthropist, Sir James Caird. In consequence much of the historic city centre vanished.
