Woodlands Park, Joydens Wood Estate, Kent
Joydens Wood Estate has a great deal to recommend it: remote from main roads, this is a peaceful modern development with a variety of housing types. Well kept houses and gardens, no graffiti, no gangs of y*bs hanging about!
