Railway sub-station at Fawkham Junction
The Victoria to Ramsgate line is in the foreground, the rustier looking lines deviate to the right, originally to Gravesend West, but now only as far as the Channel Tunnel Rail Link, and not much used now.

Junction of Railways
The main line is the Longfield to London line. The line joining it is a link for the Channel Tunnel Rail Link. This used to lead to Waterloo International Station, London. But this has now been superseded by a dedicated London St Pancras to Ashford/Folkestone line via Ebbsfleet. The line is still used for local services into London.
