The Railway Hotel - Nantwich, Cheshire
These days this Victorian building, apart from its name and situation, has not the connection to the railways it once had. It is noted as a sports viewing and music venue, with a collection of Beatles memorabilia. Above a door is a portrait of the Fab Four - John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison and Ringo Starr - and above another door, just about visible in the greenery, is a life size model of the King himself, Elvis Presley. Time photo taken 2.30 pm BST (British Summer Time).

Nantwich Station ? 1963
The forecourt is very much shared with the goods yard to the left. This area is now occupied by a supermarket. The main station building survives, although no longer in railway use https://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/1409365 . The entrance on the right and the station footbridge have both been demolished as access to the station is now direct from the main road at the western end of the station by the level crossing.
