Christmas lights at the Fox and Hounds
Lights around the edge of the building, and in the marquee which has been erected to increase the amount of socially distanced seating in the Covid-19 pandemic. The photo was taken on Christmas Eve; on Boxing Day (two days later) Cheshire was about to enter 'Tier 3' restrictions, meaning the pub would have to close for the time being.

Houses with postbox, Sproston Green
A pair of houses on the A54, next to the village pub Image A Georgian postbox is built into the wall of the nearer one, but as the house has clearly been heavily restored in recent years it is not clear whether the postbox is original to the building or not.
