An attempt to introduce interesting design features on the small office block seems dwarfed by the building itself which extends to 360,000 ft2.

Railway Station, Crewe
I already had my camera set up on a tripod, so when this Class 08695 trundled up in front of me, I asked the driver if he wouldn't mind standing still while I took a photograph. The shot was taken without flash - 5secs & f4 200ASA. Until this photograph I didn't realise that the window in the door was wired glass. The locomotive details on the cab side are - Class 08, Weight tonnes 49, Brake force tonnes 19, Route availability 5, Maximum speed 15mph It just so happens that this locomotive has been preserved. I hope the driver has, it's 25-years-ago.
