Collecting for charity
The former Army truck, a restored Bedford MJ 4X4, is part of an appeal being held in the car park of the Image, to raise funds for the Help for Heroes charity. Tesco's are nearly there
Compare this with Image and we can see that the solid safety barriers have been replaced by mesh ones. Inside the store the old exterior wall has been removed and work is progressing with the final fixings, although there is no access to that part for customers yet.

Tesco's changes are becoming visible
The framework for the new extension (see also Image and Image) to the Congleton Tesco store is now becoming visible. The mobile crane seemed to be waiting for space to enter the site.

Keeping the customer informed!
Tesco's often come in for a lot of criticism for their "unethical practises", for instance undercutting prices and so on. But when it comes to keeping the customer informed about changes happening to the store (see Image) they are really on the ball with this information sign!
