The Primitive Methodist Church
Built in 1890 and now looking unused, the Primitive Methodist Church is just off the High Street on Kinsey Street. Kinsey Street is very narrow and the Church is a tall, imposing, building which makes it very difficult to get a full front shot. For a wider view see Image

The Congleton Museum
A former police station facing the Market Square, now converted to a local museum, run independently of the local council but part funded by them. Entry is free (donations invited). The bear to the right of the door is a local symbol, and visitors can find out the story of how Congleton got its name local Beartown. The new police station is across the square Image

Congleton Police station
The original police station is now a museum Image Between the photographer and the building is the former Market Square, which during the 20th century had buildings erected on it (one of them can be glimpsed in Image) but they have been demolished in recent years and the area is being taken over by ragwort and other weeds.
